Brahmi is a nervine tonic that improves one’s ability to remember, retain and use information. It enhances academic performance significantly.
How it is taken
Brahmi comes in a capsule form and one or two caps need to be taken daily with a glass of water or milk. The capsule must be swallowed whole.
Drug Class & Mechanism
Brahmi is a herbal formulation that acts as an anti anxiety agent and has a soothing effect on the brain. It helps improve alertness. It is also used as a treatment for asthma, hoarseness, insanity and epilepsy and as a potent nerve tonic, cardiotonic, aperient and diuretic.
Missed Dosage
If you miss a dose of Brahmi, then you may take it as soon as you remember and adjust the remaining doses accordingly. However, if it is nearly time for the next dose then you may skip this dose and continue with the regular dosage. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.
Storage
Store it at room temperature (between between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C) in an air tight container protecting it from direct exposure to light, heat and moisture. Keep away from pets and children.
